(1) Responsible for the collection, sorting, analysis, interpretation, publicity and training of science and technology innovation policies.
(2) Responsible for the daily management of the "one-door" service window for scientific and technological innovation policies, supervising and coordinating relevant administrative services, regularly summarizing relevant service data, reporting the "one-door" service situation and putting forward suggestions for improvement, and implementing the "one-door" service. One-stop" door-to-door service work.
(3) Responsible for liaison and communication with relevant commissions, offices, bureaus and relevant units, organize joint consultation and ventilation meetings, and do a good job in organizing, coordinating and supervising the promotion of policy implementation.
(4) Responsible for accepting complaints and consultations on the implementation of scientific and technological innovation policies, and supervising and promoting the policy implementation process.
(5) Responsible for the investigation and research on science and technology innovation policies, collecting and arranging cases of government failures, doing a good job in statistical analysis of government failure data, and compiling annual reports on science and technology innovation policy failures.
(6) Evaluate the implementation effects of various science and technology innovation policies, and put forward suggestions on the implementation and development of policies, so as to provide reference for government decision-making.
(7) Responsible for hotline answering and policy consultation.
