Maintenance and Removal of Common Faults of Inkjet Plotter

This article mainly introduces the common faults and troubleshooting methods of inkjet plotters
1. Turn on the power of the inkjet machine. If abnormal numbers appear on the screen, please check or repair according to the following:
① The number ERR 51 appears on the screen, check whether the grating, head cable, decoder, and positioning sensor are damaged, or the position is wrong, and replace the accessories or adjust the position according to the actual situation;
②The number ERR No. 52 appears on the screen, the speed is too slow, enter the manufacturer to set the first item MM, the second item MF, and the third item MS to measure the speed; %above】
③ ERR number 53 will appear on the screen, check the size of the origin. Find the origin item in the settings, and adjust the origin size according to objective conditions such as paper width; (recommended origin value range is between 1900 and 3000)
④ The number ERR 54 appears on the screen, which is super wide [Check the width of the drawn file and whether it exceeds the drawing range of the plotter];
⑤ ERR number 55 appears on the screen. Check whether there is any foreign object on the guide rail, and then restart the machine.
2. Common faults and troubleshooting
1. Turn on the power, the screen does not display
⑴ power connection

⑶ Check whether the power switch is turned on.
2. The mark file has been output but the plotter has not drawn
⑴ Plotter, not turned on
⑵ There is a problem with the data cable
⑶ Check whether the plotter is in normal online state
⑷ Check whether the data cable is connected normally
3. Cannot output mark file
(1) Check whether the serial port is set properly
⑵Reset the correct serial port
(3) Check whether the plotter is in working condition
4. The control center software cannot be started

5. Dislocation
⑴ Check whether the loading paper is balanced
(2) Check whether the pinch roller and the thorn roller are aligned
(3) Check whether the pressure feed sensor is out of order

⑸If the ink tank is displaced, it will also cause dislocation
⑹ Damaged ink wheels can also lead to dislocation
